Trademark Ownership

Exam Frame and its associated logo, icons, and product identity are exclusive intellectual properties owned and managed by Skill Stride Ventures Pvt Ltd.
All rights are reserved under the Indian Copyright Act (1957) and Trade Marks Act (1999).

Any unauthorized use, replication, resale, modification, or redistribution of the product or brand identity without written permission from the company is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Software License & Usage Terms

Exam Frame is a self-hosted software product developed using Laravel framework and distributed via eduexpression.com.
Each license purchased grants the buyer the right to install and use the software on one domain or server instance only.

One License = One Installation / One Domain
Multiple installations or reselling under the same license is not permitted.
Copying or distributing source code, assets, or database structure without consent is considered piracy and violates the terms of use.

If any unauthorized usage is detected, Skill Stride Ventures reserves the right to terminate the license and take appropriate legal action as per the Information Technology Act (2000) and Copyright Law of India.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

All code, database logic, interface design, branding materials, documentation, and product-related assets belong exclusively to Skill Stride Ventures Pvt Ltd.
License purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property — it only grants the right to use the software under the specified terms.

Legal Protection

Trademark Registration: Filed under Class 42 (Software as a Service / Web Application Development).
Code Copyright: Skill Stride Ventures Pvt Ltd holds full development rights and ownership of the Exam Frame source code.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
