Getting Started with Exam Frame

Configuration Settings

Go to: Admin → Configuration → General

• Update: Organization Name, Email, Meta Info
• Enable if needed: Certificate / Leaderboard / Math Editor
• Set Timezone and Branding

Upload Logo & Favicon

Go to: Admin → Configuration → Organization Logo

Create Groups

Go to: Admin → Groups

• Add batches like: SSC 2025, NEET 2026, etc.

Add Subjects, Topics, Subtopics

Go to: Admin → Subjects → Topics → Sub Topics

Example: Physics → Motion → Laws of Motion

Add Questions

Go to: Admin → Questions

• Types: MCQ / Fill Blanks / True-False / Subjective
• Add: hint, explanation, difficulty level, passage (optional)

Create Exams

Go to: Admin → Exams → Add Exam

• Set: Name, Duration, Attempt Limit, Mode
• Add questions and assign to Groups

Add Students

Go to: Admin → Students → Add or Bulk Upload via Excel

Assign appropriate Group.

Configure Email (SMTP)

Go to: Admin → Configuration → Email Settings

Host: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
Auth: Yes
Username: your_email@gmail.com
Password: Gmail App Password (not normal password)

Payment Gateway Setup

Go to: Admin → Configuration → Payment Gateway

• Enter Razorpay Key ID & Secret

Create Packages (Courses)

Go to: Admin → Packages

• Add: Name, Amount, Expiry Days
• Assign related Exams and Groups

White Label Customization

• Hero Sliders, Features → Admin → Website
• Footer Settings → Admin → Website → Footer
• “Powered By” → Admin → Configuration → General
