👨‍🎓 Exam Frame – Student Guide (How to Use the Exam System)

Welcome! Here's a simple guide to help you take your online exams using Exam Frame.


🔑 1. Login to Your Account

  • Visit your institute's website link (e.g. https://yourinstitute.com)

  • Click on Login > Student Login

  • Enter your Email and Password

  • Forgot password? Use the Forgot Password link to reset it via email


🖥️ 2. Explore Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you will see:

  • My Exams → List of exams assigned to you

  • Packages → Courses purchased (if paid)

  • Exam History → Past attempts & results

  • My Profile → Your personal info, photo

  • Change Password → Update your login details


🧪 3. How to Attempt an Exam

  1. Go to My Exams tab

  2. Find the exam name (e.g. "Mathematics Term Test")

  3. Click Start Exam

  4. Read instructions carefully and begin

  5. Questions will appear one-by-one with timer

👉 Features may include:

  • Option Shuffle

  • Section/Subject wise timer

  • Proctoring (if enabled) – allow camera/mic

  • Auto submit when time ends


✅ 4. After Exam

  • You may get Instant Result or see it later based on settings

  • Some exams show Correct Answers after finish

  • Visit Exam History to download report or check attempts

  • Leaderboard may be visible if activated


🗣️ 5. Feedback (Optional)

After exam, you may be asked:

  • Was the exam clear?

  • Did questions match syllabus?

  • Share your suggestions


📌 6. Tips & Common Issues

Exam Not Showing?

  • Make sure you're enrolled in the right Group

  • Check if the exam is Active and within start–end date

  • Contact your teacher if needed

Exam Not Starting?

  • Check internet connection

  • Don’t use multiple tabs/devices at once

  • Refresh or try from incognito if page stuck

Can't Login?

  • Use Forgot Password

  • Ensure your email is correct

  • Ask your teacher to reset if needed
