Is this a one-time payment or subscription?
It’s a one-time license (starts at ₹15,000). No monthly fees. You also get free installation and an onboarding call. Updates are free for 1 year.
What are the server requirements?
Standard Linux hosting (cPanel/VPS/Cloud) with PHP 8.2+ and MySQL/MariaDB. Same as Laravel, so it runs anywhere modern PHP is supported.
  • HTTPS + SMTP for emails recommended
  • Shell/SSH helps, but not mandatory
  • We assist on call during installation
How do I pay and when will I get the invoice?
You’ll receive a secure payment link by email along with the formal invoice and payment instructions. Once paid, we proceed with onboarding and setup.
What is the Customer Portal and what do I get inside?
Your Customer Portal is your single place to manage everything — downloads, license keys, installation requests, support tickets and billing/invoices.
