Refund Policy

Etymo Engine Inc (“Company”) offers a refund policy for the Edu Expression online examination software (“Software”). This policy applies to customers who have purchased the Software directly from the Company’s website or authorized resellers.

Due to the nature of the Software being a downloadable product, refunds will only be issued if the Software has not been downloaded by the customer. Once the customer has downloaded the Software, no refunds will be issued.

If the customer has not downloaded the Software and wishes to request a refund, they must contact the Company within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the customer has purchased the Software through an authorized reseller, they must follow the reseller’s refund policy.

The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the customer has violated any of the terms and conditions of the Software license agreement.

If the customer encounters any technical issues with the Software, they should contact the Company’s support team for assistance. The Company will make every effort to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.

This refund policy may be updated or modified by the Company at any time without prior notice.
