Exam Frame – Open Source Exam Engine is a digital, self-hosted software product sold on eduexpression.com. Once the source code has been delivered or downloaded, no refund is applicable. We provide live demos and full support to ensure clarity before purchase.

✅ Refunds Are Accepted Only In Exceptional Cases:

  • Duplicate or double payment (verified by the payment gateway).
  • Wrong or excess charge caused by the payment processor.
  • Payment deducted but license not issued and product not downloaded (within 7 days of payment).

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Software has been delivered or downloaded.
  • Free installation or remote setup has already been completed.
  • Customization, migration, or additional service fees.

📨 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at help@eduexpression.com
  2. Include: Order ID, Payment Reference/UTR, Registered Email, and Reason for Refund.
  3. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method.

Note: In case of chargeback claims, all transaction logs will be submitted to the payment gateway for validation.

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay or UPI/QR gateways. Legal jurisdiction for any disputes: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (India).
